  • I am amazed at the number of people who try to push their work onto others. Sometimes it can be really challenging to put the offenders work back in his or her lap, but if you can figure out away to do it in an assertive, but friendly manner it works out in the end.

  • I've realized that it's best to have someone on your side who can put your resources (including time and talent) in check for you. It's really easy to get caught up in the possibility and potential of a project rather than the reality of what you can accomplish today.
